Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Alternately add dry ingredients with water to first mixture.
Add nuts and pour into three greased 1-pound load pans or three 1-pound coffee cans (flour the pans).
