Ever Ready Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. box bran flakes with raisins
5 c. sifted flour
3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Add eggs, buttermilk and oil; stir.
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to bake.
(Can be kept for 6 weeks.)
Fill muffin papers 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
