Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded zucchini with skin on
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Fold in nuts and raisins last. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 (test with a toothpick) in a 10-inch tube pan or bake in 3 small loaf pans (about 40 minutes).
