Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 large onion

Preparation

Mix with buttermilk.
Have mixture stiff and drop into hot grease from teaspoon.
