Pat Smith'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. round steak cut 1 to 1/2-inch thick
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together dry mustard, salt, pepper and flour.
    Pound as much of this mixture into meat as you can.
