Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
3 c. oats (1 minute kind)
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, margarine, cocoa and milk. Bring to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. After removing the hot mixture from the stove, dissolve the peanut butter in it.
If you use pecans, put them in the oats.
Pour mixture over the oats and pecans, stirring. Drop from spoon on waxed paper.
