Spicy Pineapple And Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. shredded zucchini, well drained
    1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick and foamy.
    Add salad oil, sugar and vanilla; beat well.
    Stir in pineapple and zucchini and mix well. Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well into wet mixture.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Fold in gently until mixed.
    Put in 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) greased pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes and turn onto a rack and cool completely before slicing.
