Re-Enlistment Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken parts
    3 oz. tomato paste
    1/4 c. water
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 onions, sliced
    10 oz. mushrooms
    1 small green pepper, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 c. Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except chicken and Provolone or Mozzarella cheese.
    Pour over chicken; cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least one day.
    Stir occasionally.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Before serving, sprinkle with the Mozzarella or Provolone cheese.
