Zucchini Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    handful of parsley
    1/2 c. oil (not olive)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
Preparation
    To eggs, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch well-greased Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
    Cut in slices like bread, then cut each slice into 3 or 4 pieces.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Makes 25 small pieces.
