Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (according to taste)
    3 c. peeled and chopped raw apples
Preparation
    Mix the cooking oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Sift and add the flour, salt and soda.
    Fold in chopped pecans (according to taste)
    and raw apples.
    Bake in a greased tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    When cake is done, make Sauce Topping.
