Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg or 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation

Place dry ingredients into a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well, beating at low speed.
Pour into greased and floured tin cans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until baked through.
Cool in tins for 10 minutes.
