Sprouted Wheatberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. wheat kernels
1 Tbsp. yeast, dried
2 1/4 c. berry sprouting liquid
2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp. coarse salt
2 Tbsp. butter or shortening
2 1/2 c. wheat flour
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation

Put yeast in large bowl; add 1/4 cup sprouting liquid.
Mix in brown sugar.
Let stand until yeast starts to work.
