Shrimp-Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked shrimp
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Add onions to broccoli and cook according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Stir in rice, 1 cup of cheese, seasonings, shrimp and soup.
    Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
