Moist Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed bananas (2 large)
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mash bananas,
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Combine butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat.
    Add bananas, sour cream and flour mixture.
    Beat until blended.
    Pour into greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool for 15 minutes.
