Milwaukee Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. new potatoes (any firm potatoes may be used)
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. corn oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (if desired)
    5 hard-cooked eggs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion (if desired)
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. real mayonnaise (salad dressing is okay)
Preparation
    Cook washed, unpared potatoes in salt water until tender. Drain.
    Let cool to \"handling\" temperature.
    Mix next 5 ingredients with a fork and set aside.
    Peel potatoes; chop into a large bowl. While potatoes are still hot, add eggs, onion (if desired) and parsley flakes.
    Toss lightly.
