Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 sticks butter or margarine
4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and cinnamon.
Cream butter with cream cheese thoroughly.
Beat in sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.
Blend in dry ingredients well.
Press out with cookie press onto cookie sheet. Decorate, if desired, with colored sugars before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes or until edges are brown.
This cookie is very light in color when done.
Top should not be brown.
