Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can creamed style corn
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    pimentos (to color)
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook bacon, green pepper and onion until clear or limp.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add corn and when it boils, stir in 1 slightly beaten egg.
    Add pepper and salt.
    Pour into baking dish and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
