Cocoa Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. milk, scalded and cooled
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. lard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 well-beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast in cooled milk.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar and 2 cups flour.
Beat well.
Let rise.
