Wisconsin Toasted Cheese Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread
    sliced tomato
    onion, finely chopped
    green pepper, finely chopped
    cheese, sliced or grated
Preparation
    For one sandwich, toast one side of bread; butter untoasted side.
    Lay 2 (1/3-inch) thick slices tomato on buttered side. Spread with 1 tablespoon each of onion and green pepper.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika, then sprinkle or place 3 tablespoons of aged cheese over all.
    Place the cheese-topped slice under the broiler and boil until cheese is melted and toast nicely brown.
    Remove from broiler and serve immediately.
