Zucchini Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. zucchini, pared, seeded and cut as pineapple chunks
    1 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
    1 (14 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 c. sugar
    2 dram bottle pineapple oil
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes. Add pineapple oil. Pour into clean, sterilized jars.
    Process in hot water bath for 30 minutes.
