Zucchini Bake(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. zucchini
3/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. onion
1 can cream soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. bread cubes (croutons; Cheddar)

Preparation

Microwave first 4 ingredients for 10 minutes on High.
Add the remaining items and cook for 10 to 15 minutes in microwave.
