Sugarless Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 mashed bananas
    1 Tbsp. granulated sweetener
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sprinkle sweetener over mashed bananas and stir until dissolved.
    Beat eggs well and beat into bananas.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add nuts and blend thoroughly into banana mixture until just mixed.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Lower heat to 300\u00b0 and bake another 35 minutes or until done.
