Peanut Butterscotchers(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or oleo
    3/4 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan.
    Remove from heat. Add sugars and Pet milk.
    Blend well. Add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in dry ingredients and lemon rind.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, well-greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
