Zucchini Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute fresh zucchini in hot oil for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Spoon into serving dish.
