Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated raw zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla in a large bowl.
Blend well.
Stir in flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Put into 2 well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
