Sauteed Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 salmon steaks
1/3 c. stuffed Spanish olives
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, sliced thin
black pepper
Preparation
-
Pour half the oil into a large skillet to coat bottom.
Place salmon in pan.
Pour remaining oil over top and add onion, olives and pepper.
Saute about 15 minutes, covered.
Serve alongside boiled potatoes, yucca or rice.
