English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. 1% low-fat milk
    1/2 c. water
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups of flour and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well and set aside.
    Heat milk and water in a heavy saucepan until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring well.
    Stir in remaining 3 cups of flour to form a soft dough.
    Divide into 3 equal portions.
    Place 1 portion in each of 3 (13 ounce) coffee cans coated with cooking spray and sprinkled with 3/4 teaspoon cornmeal.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0) for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove; cool.
