Potato Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 (6 oz.) pkg. biscuit mix
1 c. potato flakes

Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add remaining ingredients.
Dough will be stiff.
Roll out size of a marble.
Space apart on cookie sheet.
Bake about 8 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Makes 7 dozen.
