Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 lb. brisket
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. onion salt
    3 oz. Worcestershire
    1 or 2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. cracked pepper
    3 oz. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Pierce meat with fork.
    Place on heavy-duty foil.
    Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire over brisket.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Wrap tightly.
    Place in pan with tight lid.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in slow 250\u00b0 oven for 5 to 6 hours.
