Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison roast
    1 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can French onion beef stock soup
    1 can water
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
Preparation
    Brown roast in oil and put in crock-pot or slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
    Add cream of celery and French onion soups, water and bell pepper.
    Let roast cook overnight.
    If desired, potatoes and carrots may be added.
    Thicken gravy with cornstarch before serving.
