Mother'S Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soften yeast in water. Combine in mixing bowl the cottage cheese, sugar, onions, butter, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast.
Add flour to make a stiff dough, beating well after each addition and cover.
Let rise until double in size (50 to 60 minutes).
Stir down dough.
Put into well-greased 8-inch round casserole (2-quart) or large loaf pan. Let rise (30 to 40 minutes).
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
Turn out of dish. Brush with soft oleo and sprinkle with salt.
