Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
2 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. vegetable shortening
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix flour and shortening.
Add baking soda, salt, baking powder and sugar.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add buttermilk to yeast.
Mix with other ingredients.
Keep refrigerated.
Use as needed.
