1 (16.5 oz.) pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs, whisked
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine cake mix and next 3 ingredients in large bowl.
Beat vigorously by hand until evenly moistened.
Refrigerate 1 hour until firm.
Sift powdered sugar in small bowl.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll balls in powdered sugar.
Arrange on cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes, until tops appear cracked and cookies are set.
