Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 large or 2 small eggs
1 pkg. yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. salt
6 c. flour
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add 1 large or 2 small eggs.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine yeast with mixture and add salt.
Put flour into this, adding one cup at a time and mix well.
Set in refrigerator to chill.
Roll out; cut and let rise 1 1/2 hours in a warm place.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
