Pinwheel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour (Sifted)
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    Dash of Salt
    2 c. Semi Sweet Morsels
    2 Tbsp. Butter
    1/4 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
    1. Cream butter, add sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
    Beat until fluffy. 2. Add dry ingredients, divide dough in half.
    Roll out dough between wax paper till about 10 x 12-inch. 3. Chill in freezer till firm. 4. Spread filling, roll tightly lengthwise in wax paper.
    Put in fridge for 30 minutes.
    Easier to cut. 5. Remove paper & cut in 1/8-inch slices. 6. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes. 7. These cookies will not be brown on edges when done.
