Peach-Almond Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mashed peaches
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream the butter. Gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed with electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Combine sour cream and peaches. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture with peach mixture.
    Mix just until blended. Stir in flavorings.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool.
