Zucchini Saute(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. matchstick-size zucchini strips
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/2 tsp. minced fresh thyme (or to taste)
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Saute zucchini strips in nonstick skillet with 1 teaspoon olive oil, until crisp-tender.
    Add chopped tomato, minced thyme and garlic.
    Cook one minute longer.
