Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour (plain)
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Into a large mixing bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix in raisins and nuts.
Add margarine and sugar and beat until fluffy; add eggs, vanilla and bananas and mix well. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
