Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light; add sugar, zucchini, oil and vanilla. Beat well.
    Add dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 60 to 65 minutes at 325\u00b0 until done.
