Sand Tarts(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or peanut pieces
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add flour, vanilla and pecans.
    Mix well and roll into balls.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar while warm.
