Crab Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. special crabmeat (check for stray shells)
salt
pepper
grated onion
dash of Tabasco
mayonnaise to moisten
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Mix and place a small amount on toast rounds.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Broil until brown.
Serve hot.
