Date And Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. pitted dates
1 1/4 c. boiled water
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
pinch of salt
Preparation
-
In a large bowl, pour boiling water over the walnuts, dates and raisins and let stand until cooled.
Then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
