Lemon Cream Cheese Rice Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. soft cream cheese
2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. milk
12 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
dash cinnamon
1 c. raw rice
Preparation

Cook rice.
Mix all ingredients and add cooled rice.
Pour into heavily buttered glass baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 300 degrees until set.
