Pimento Loaf Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar soup
1/2 can milk
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and stir in remaining ingredients. Put in one greased loaf pan.
Bake one hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let set, covered in foil or wrapped
one day before cutting.
