Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Sift flour and spices together.
Add sugar, Crisco oil, eggs and pumpkin.
Mix well.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into 1 pound cans that have been greased and floured.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Check.
May need to bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
