Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, unsifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. butter, softened
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    375\u00b0.
    In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In large bowl cream butter, sugar
    and brown sugar.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Gradually add
    dry ingredients
    until
    blended.
    Stir
    in
    semi-sweet chocolate chips and walnuts.
    Drop by well-rounded teaspoonful or
    1/2
    ounce scoop onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool cookies on rack.
    Makes 8 dozen.
