Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and zucchini until smooth. Fold in dry ingredients.
    Beat until smooth.
    Mix in nuts and vanilla. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
