White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. ginger (optional)
    1/4 c. wheat germ (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients.
    Heat the water, milk and oil to 125\u00b0.
    Mix on low.
    Pour liquid into flour mixture.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
    Beat in 1/2 cup of flour and beat 2 minutes.
    Beat in about 3 cups of flour.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Let rise.
    Punch down.
    Put in pans.
    Let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
