Chocolate Chip Diabetic Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 1/2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Sift salt, baking soda and flour together.
    Cream margarine and add sweetener, vanilla and egg, blending well.
    Add flour mixture.
    Beat well; stir in chocolate chips.
    Drop by level spoonfuls onto a baking sheet which has been lightly greased.
    Bake for about 9 to 10 minutes.
