Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. melted margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine apples, pecans and sugar; let stand for 1 hour, stirring often.
Do not drain.
Combine flour and spices.
Add apple mixture and stir well.
Stir in margarine, vanilla and eggs. Spoon batter into two greased and floured pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Bake in two loaf pans.
